- Build shelves in place of laundry bins for additional storage and access to everyday – “get ready for work” stuff
- Replace Bathroom Sink Faucet
- Replace Deflector Valve in Shower so the shower will work
- Turn around Bent bathrub faucet escutcheons
- Install baseboards
